Yes that's how it was done.. On level 1 I did 5 days took 1 day did 3 and took a day.. Level 2 I did 4 days 1 off 4 more and 1 off I just switch it up0

Today I finished level 1 and I can see a difference in my body WOO HOO! I am also chuffed to bits in my endurance...day 1 I thought I was going to collapse...day 10 I can do it all over again straight away...what a massive difference...DON'T GIVE UP! I start level 2 tomorrow eek!0

In 7 days I will start round 2 I would like to have about 5 people who are hard core dedicated to following my challenge with the 30ds n taking progress pics every 10 days! If you are willing add me and after 7 days we will start round 20

Keen to join in will start it on Monday (29th) plan at the moment is to do each level for 2 weeks Monday to Friday and take the weekends off. So use Saturday as a day for my muscles to recover and sunday i go to ballroom and salsa dance classes.

I really have built strength. Did 20 pushups in a row (can't go down as far because of my shoulders, but that's ok). Real ones, not fake ones. And 7 the second time. Level 1 day 6. And in my profile pics, you can see more visible muscles in my shoulders, forearms, and calves!
I'm officially doing the much, much more than 30-day shred. LOLOL!0
