Thoughts on Ketchup?

I didn't like the taste of most ketchup, either too sweet or too salty, but then found Sir Kensington brand. Tastes like homemade and only has a few ingredients with no HFCS. Pricy but worth it for us as little as we use it.0

You know what I love about MFP. I commented here and now I have ketchup and mustard ad pop ups. Guys dressed up as ketchup and mustard bottles. lol0

i love ketchup, although it does have sugar and extra calories, usually i am putting it on something that is high caloric anyway so it doesn't matter.0

Love the stuff. Just don't use it as a "Sketti" sauce.0

I love me some ketchup. I have to weigh mine for sure though because I'm a ketchup monster. I only really eat it with burgers and fries now though.0

I ate it when I was 5 years old
it's a great way to ruin anything involving meat by making it taste like a jar of sugar mixed with some tomato juice0 -
and if you put it on steak then you deserve to have that steak forcefully removed from your possession0

Good stuff but all in moderation
I try to substitute diced tomatoes instead0 -

Since I don't eat fries much anymore, I only use ketchup to make cocktail sauce for seafood. Some Simply Heinz and a ton of horseradish! I make an individual portion at a time, and weigh them on my food scale.0

Ketchup is amazing and if you don't like it you're wrong.0

I prefer catsup0

Sadly, Chik-fil-a waffle fries scoop up too much ketchup and the flavor just overwhelms. I have to do a little trick to make it palatable, but most people would think it disgusting.0

It is just a condiment like any other. I use it on fries and other things.0

Also correct.0 -
I love ketchup. I grew up eating it on everything. Yes, ketchup has some calories on its own. But for me, the real problem with the stuff is that it makes me eat more of the things that do real damage. Like fries. And burgers. Fries for me are ketchup delivery devices. Cut out the ketchup, the appeal of these things goes down and I eat them less.0
