    I'm in, I run 6 miles 3x a week and swim 2.5km=1.56 miles 3x a week. That's 22.7 miles a week, I just have to add a little more. Maybe if I count the walking when I buy grocery...

    Okay, this is great! there are 58 people (including myself in this)!!!! I am so excited! I can keep a chart with everyones names. If you want me to do that, send me your milage at the end of every evening with what you did. I will update the chart and post it once a week with who is on top. If you want to track it yourself that is fine too.

    The point of this is to move and have a goal that is the same as everyone else where we can engourage each other and have a friendly competition with each other at the same time! If you push yourself a little farther then you would have otherwise, then you have bragging rights (even if you do not reach 100)!!!!!!!!

    Everything counts (yes wii counts, grocery shopping, parking your car farther in the parking lot so you have to walk farther to get into the store, get a pedometer if you would like because every 2,000 steps is 1 mile) TRACK IT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Just want to be clear about one thing.

    If you are familiar with Curves workouts, you walk in place or jog for 30 seconds between each weight machine. I am not sure if my pedometer is exactly 100% accurate, but it consistently shows that I 'step' about 2.25--2.5 miles during my workout. Should I count that as part of my miles or would you rather I didn't since I am not 100% positive that it is right? I am OK with counting or not counting it. Whatever you think.
