On point (on diet plan) for five days straight! Having a bit of the sugar Dts but I've got this, my wife gave me 3 cookies covered with sugar , last night, I ignored them!

I have exactly 100lb to lose to get to my goal weight. Am committed to achieving it and would love as much support as you can muster. I have already lost 40lb and am feeling good. Help me win this battle 1lb at a time!

I started my journey with the same goal of losing 100 lbs. I started 3 weeks ago. I joined Jenny Craig and started exercising. Not sure how long I can afford Jenny Craig, but for now, it is working. I am down 7.5 in 3 weeks! I am new to this website, so feel free to add me!0

Sorry for the late post!! I started reading the stickies on the forums, bought a food scale, and started moving. I was trying the C25K; it's been a year and a half now and I'm on week 3. Lol!! I had to talk myself out of giving up when I don't get results as fast as others. Perseverance, attention to detail, asking for help, and actually listening when I got it. You know, all the fantastic things that MFP advocates!0 -
