    Good morning! B)

I have not been a "good camper" this month as I keep losing/gaining the same pounds.
I am so very hopeful to see the number 219 by Wednesday. It could happen IF I eat on plan.

I am ready for a new month!

    Name: Reba
    Age: 69
    Height: 5'7"

    Start Weight (1st June): 223.8
    Goal Weight (1st July): 218

    1st June: 223.8
    8th June: 222.2
    15th June: 224.4
    21st June: 220.2
    29th June: 221.8
    1st July:

    Week 4
Weight lost/gained this week: 1.6 up
Weight lost/gained this month: 2 down

    Successes/struggles this week:
I had 4 full days of appointments which means driving all over and
eating out. We also started wheat harvest so my dear hubby does not
come in for dinner until past 10:00. He works hard and needs "good" food.
I have had a very poor 4 days this week which doesn't leave many positive days!

Today is a new day of food choices and I alone, am responsible for my actions regarding those choices.
Will I choose to be on plan o:) or
will I choose to sabotage my plan?? >:)

    29th June: 175
    1st July:

Weight lost/gained this week: -1 lb
Weight lost/gained this month: -6 lb

Successes/struggles this week: I've eaten too much sodium and fat this week. With all of the exercise I've been doing, I should have lost more weight at this point (I always consider the first 3-4 pounds just water weight). I think I should drink even more water throughout the day.

    Weight lost/gained this week: 4 gained :/
Weight lost/gained this month: 2 lost

Successes/struggles this week: A 4 pound gain! My calories have been good, still sucking a little on the exercise. Recovering from pneumonia so not pushing the cardio, lungs still a little achy. Have gotten my daily steps back up to normal though. Biggest issue, I ran out of Thyroid meds on Thursday. They came in the mail Friday but wasn't able to pick them up from post office until today. I was hoping I had enough built up in my system to carry me over. Apparently not....

Start Weight (1st June): 123lbs (or so, probably)
Goal Weight (1st July): 117 lbs

    1st June: 123
    8th June:119.8
    15th June: 120.5
    22nd June: 119
    29th June: 116.5
    1st July:

Weight lost/gained this week: -2.5 lbs
Weight lost/gained this month: -6.5 lbs

Successes/struggles this week: I was sick for one of the days, so I just didn't work out... Slept all day after work. Thankfully that kept my calories down... And that repeated from Monday to Friday. I probably ate less than 800 calories every day last week. Not that I wanted to, I just kept forgetting to bring food with me at lunch and didn't wanna spend money. The 2.5lbs loss is making me a little worried :/ hopefully a yoyo won't happen, so I'll try to slowly increase the calories this week.

OR - it could be that I worked out pretty well last week so the scale is reflecting that xD I do feel constantly hungry though :/ Problem is I'm just lazy. But I'll keep working out like I did last week, and try to stay within 1100-1300 calories, after workouts.

OH YEA I REACHED MY GOAL WAHOO(AND HOPEFULLY IT STAYS THERE)

    22nd June: 148.4
    29th June: 149.5
    1st July:

    Weight lost/gained this week: +0.9
    Weight lost/gained this month: -0.5

Successes/struggles this week: Weight is kind of bouncing back and forth, however it's a downward trend, so that's good. I'm being bullied everyday at work (it's been happening for more than a year), and it's just so depressing. Getting hard to stay motivated. Boyfriend is out of state right now, and I was sick with a stomach virus all week last week. So I'm just having a tough time. Now it's period week, so weight is going to go up. Starting fresh in July.

    1st July:

Weight lost/gained this week: -2.2 lbs
Weight lost/gained this month: -7.9 lbs

Successes: I've been able to maintain about a 2 pound loss each week - a great pace!

Struggles this week: I actually weighed in at 183.7 yesterday, but I had a major binge last night. Poptarts, three alcoholic drinks, and half a jar of peanut butter. :( I feel sick to my stomach this morning and I'm mad at myself for caving. It wasn't worth it.

Successes/struggles this week: I've been really sick over the past week and haven't really been able to exercise or eat right. Some days I wasn't able to eat at all. This may, however, have been a blessing in disguise because I've finally seen significant movement on the scale. But I'm feeling much better today and ready to go kick some Zumba butt. I finally made it to the 240s, Yay!!!!!

Successes/struggles this week: After a disappointing weigh-in last week (mostly caused by some high dose hormonal meds), I saw the scale drop like 5 lbs in the span of two days. I increased my movement and my water intake and that has seemed to do the trick. I continue to struggle to drink enough water. Though I'm pretty sure I won't hit my goal this month, I still made progress. That's good enough for me.

    Let's do it to this!

    Name: Clare
    Age: 28
    Height: 175cm/5'9"

    Start Weight (1st June): 104.4kg/230lbs
    Goal Weight (1st July): 102kg/224lbs - Huzzah!
New Goal Weight (1st July): 100.5kg/221lbs

    1st June: 104.4kgs/230lbs
    8th June: 104.6kgs/230lbs
    15th June: 102.2kgs/225lbs
    22nd June: 101.9kgs/224lbs
    29th June: 100.5kgs/221lbs
    1st July:

    Weight lost/gained this week: -1.4kg/3lbs
    Weight lost/gained this month: -3.9kgs/8lbs

Successes/struggles this week: I'm happy the downward trend is continuing after my blowout on the first weekend and I'm VERY, VERY excited about being so close to double digits.

I have a weekly dinner out with friends where I tend to eat 'freely' (to a point), which I think really helps me from having massive blowouts during the rest of the week. I mostly stay in or around my daily kjs on an average day.

I've been having porridge for breakfast every day (two of the Uncle Toby's sachet things made with water), which starts my day off well, I like not having to think about calculating the kjs in the morning. I tend to end the day with a cup of tea and some gingerbread mini muffins (roughly 200kjs each) or something little to just finish off the eating part of the day.

    Success/struggles this week: WOOHOO!!!
I'm so freaking close to double digits! This was most definitely a pleasant way to start the week =)
