Some meals I had in the last few days. I am severely grain intollerant so everything is made with repacements where necessary.

1. Cauiflower pizza with mozzarella, yellow bell pepper, tomato, and chorizo (341 cal)
2. Peanut butter and sesame chestnut mushroom treat (51 cal)
3. Brussel sprouts and chicken thigh fillet with tauge, nuts, and sesame seeds, seasoned with peanut butter (432 cal)
4. Chestnut mushroom salad with spinach, white cheese, grilled chicken strips, and pear, topped with lemon juise and hemp seed (234 cal)
5. Appel and banana egg 'pancake' with cinnamon and sugar (344 cal)

Those both look delicious. I love eggs and pancakes together. Have never tried cardamon in my pancakes though. Sounds interesting...I may have to give it a try.0

Noodle bowl with Sriracha grilled tofu, veggies and tahini vinaigrette.
Yogurt marinated chicken grilled on the coals with herbed couscous and grilled zucchini.
BBQ extravaganza! Smoked baby back ribs and smoked game sausage, with homemade slaw.
There was beef rib too.
Veal polpetta with a spicy bomba filling.
Classic Margherita pizza.
Taco salade with leftover prime rib, pinto beans, grilled corn and veggies.
Homemade sausage and kale pizza.
Creamy pasta with homemade smoked salmon and dill.

I swear my stomach growled!! It all looks delicious!! Especially the sausage and kale pizza
