    I'm 152 (never shared my weight before), want to reach 131, just stared using MFP so fingers crossed :)

    Thank you! Doing the 30 day ab challenge too and my aching stomach muscles are a screaming reminder of my goal ha!

    I gained my weight over years. It's gonna take at least a year to get it off. I'm in for the long haul.

    I'd like to lose 50 lbs, but more than seeing a number, I'd really like to see my clothing size drop.
    One of my biggest triggers is having to shop in the plus size sections of my favorite stores, or no longer being able to shop in places that I used to, because they only sell up to a Large.

    My Dad also struggled with health issues that were beyond his control, he was born with a hole in his heart, CHF, etc.. He passed July 2014 at 48 years old
    I don't want to GIVE myself the health issues that he was born with.

    Log everything you eat. It's one of the things that will keep you accountable. You can do this. I've been overweight almost all my life (41years old) and I've lost 47 pounds in the last 80 days. I changed my diet drastically (vegetarian). I've found that it's cheaper than my old ways. I really can't eat out. I take food with me wherever I go. You can lose the weight too. Stay with it!!

    My starting weight was 232. I'm at 149, so 83 pounds down. I'm at my original goal, but I think I'd like to lose 5-10 more.

    To lose 15 lbs and to recomp. 15 are gone and I'm starting to see recomp results. :D

    Want a BMI of 20. I'm bang on 24 now so it's just 15-20 pounds to go! Almost there :lol: I want to decrease my body fat percentage and I'm also working on doing the splits so hopefully by the end of the year... :wink:

    I have yo yo'd all my life with my weight. I want to lose 100 pounds by June 1, 2016. Saw a nutritionist this week and feel so good about where I'm at right now. :)

    I want to lose 50lbs. I want to take it day by day & to not beat myself up during this process. That is why I haven't set an exact date but rather focus on my commitment to being a better me.

    That's exactly how I feel. I want to be healthy as I age and I know I will feel so much better when I eat healthy. Thank you for being my inspiration today! :)

    I am what they call "thin" but I am trying to lose about 10 pounds-ish, it's not really about the weight loss it's more about just cutting out crappy food and getting in shape to be a better ballet dancer and soccer player.

    Well peeps, I started this change 83 days ago and in that time I've lost 50 pounds. I did it by changing my diet to vegetarian ,restricting my calories, and working out nearly daily. I have had problems getting all of my protein needs, but I'm still losing fat. My food diary is open to friends. Send me a friend request.

    I want to lose another 20-30, I'm 150 right now. This is on the lower end of a healthy BMI for someone who's 5'8" but I'm more like 5'7" and a half so I think it'll be okay :) I've already lost 90 lbs in the last year and a half, looking forward to kicking the last ones.
