I would like to join. Late night snacking is not my issue...my issue is eating from 7-9 pm before bed and after dinner so I am going to modify this to that goal for me. I really want to realize that I am not hungry and just get up and do something and not eat out of habit, boredom or because I feel sad. I want to identify what it is that makes me feel "deprived" at that time of night.0

I just keep thinking about having to report here and it sours me on taking that needless bite or sip of something with calories after my cut-off time. I am so grateful for this challenge.
