    Struggles: I didn't eat particularly well this week. The numbers on the scale have gone up and down quite a bit (within the range of .6 of a kg).

    Goals for week 2: Get in the 90s and stay there! Bump up the excercise a little bit. Be more productive in general.

    This is going to sound bad but im glad im not the only one who gain over weekend. Although im now up another 1lb from sunday. Magic mike xxl and pizza last night. Plus few days of work aint helping. Hopefully today i can shift sometime. Im working today of tomorrow, and in friday off all weekend back to my 5 days aweek next week. Been crazy but ill get there.

    Come we both can do this. Ps ive had hard time getting my workouts in too. ;( gonna have to workout after workout later

    Successes/struggles this week: I ran 7k at the weekend in just under an hour - the furthest I've run in years! And someone asked my sister how much younger than her I was - I'm three years older! Good for me, maybe not for her.... I'm still struggling with binging but it's an ongoing battle. Pleased with a 2lb loss though.
