    Struggles: It's been tough to find the time for the gym and there has been lots of cake in the office and I have been enjoying a fair bit of it.
    Successes: I have been cycling to work everyday and I am snacking a lot less than say 2 months ago. I don't really miss it and it saves so much calories.

    This is the month of birthdays and holidays, so my goal is very conservative.
    To be honest if I manage to just maintain this month and not gain that would be great!

    First birthday party weekend and I did eat a lot of cake, crisps and drank beer - by Monday I had gained a little bit.
    Did my normal fasting day on Monday, but was still not feeling hungry on the Tuesday, so I accidentally did a second fast day - seems to have worked though, since despite the weekend over indulgence I lost more than I expected!

    Successes/struggles this week: Been eating fairly well this week aside from the whole wheat donuts my sister and I made yesterday, but everyone needs a treat now and again. I've been weighing everything I eat, unless I am out which I think is helping a lot. I've been to the gym three times this week and am going tomorrow as well. Also took my aunts dog for a nice walk on Monday, we did almost 2 miles. getting myself back on track wasn't as hard as I thought it would be.

    Successes/struggles this week: Successfully lost one pound but it was a struggle due to the holiday weekend with attending Ribfest and a Craft beer show. I had to really push my workouts so I could have those extra calories to eat up.

    Successes/struggles this week: Finally a loss - which is actually twice as much as my whole loss last month - so really happy as thought I'd be bouncing up & down the same few pounds forever. Perseverance is the lesson learnt.

    My Fitbit has gone kaput today so really annoyed that I'm showing 0 steps when I've done at least 10k. grrrrrrr.

    Successes/struggles this week: I struggled to stay within calorie goal but I logged everything which kept me in check. I went over my goal but stayed below 2000 calories which is still good for me. I also exercised 3x this week which off set going over my calorie goal.

    Successes/struggles this week: Had a little too much nutella/sweets as a whole this week, and had a few days where I barely ate due to being super stressed at work. However, I logged everything which helped me realize my problem areas. I also exercised 4 days, but after Sunday, I didn't walk as much as I wanted to. Will hopefully walk more this week.
