    You are probly right. I never used to be on on the weekends. This new tablet makes it so easy.

    Me too, me too! If te rain holds out, I can do that just in catching up on the yardwork and pulling weeds so I can think about putting my garden in. I don't have an HRM, so minutes it is!:bigsmile:

    360 minutes per week...it's easy!!! It's Monday, so get moving

    I'm planning on a 5 mile walk today...usually takes about an hour...hopefully, the thunderstorms will hold off

    monday: 7k (4.35 mile run) 38/368, 1.9 mile walk 30/118

    total so far: 68 minutes/486 calories
    to go: 292 minutes/2014 calories

    in need of motivation (and after seeing myself in a bikini) i ambitiously signed up for a 1/2 marathon on june 11th :) less than 2 weeks to get myself back up and ready to run 13.1 miles :) i am hoping that since my 25k was 2 weeks ago i can catch up quick...fingers crossed :)

    Do you mean 450?? That's a lot of minutes if you mean 4500. Just wondering.
    :laugh: She means she is going to burn 4500 calories, not 4500 minutes. :wink: The challenge is 360 min or 2500 to 3500 calories burned with a heart rate monitor
