My weigh in is - 268.6 lb
Start of this I was 269 lb so only a tiny result weight wise, but my body fat percentage has gone down a little so that's good.0 -
weigh in today is 154.8 - the number has finally moved!!! :bigsmile: (it has been weeks since I lost anything, and have been sticking to the plan, so good morning for me!!)
my start wgt was 156, so just a little loss, but im v happy))

Weigh in 200lb. Damn I went up a lb. I haven't been tracking really recently as in the middle of my finals at university. They end on wednesday so then I can focus more on eating right and exercising well. Thinking of starting the c25k programme ...again lol

Hi all, i'm checking in at 170 - 1 pound down from last week, which i'm happy about as it has been a stressful week as my mum is in hospital and i'm staying with my dad, so not so much in charge of my meals.
