I lost my weight with no fad diets, no trainers, no gym membership, just MFP, free YOUTUBE workout videos like 30 day shred, and dedication!

Looking to stay motivated now that I am maintaining!

Keep working!!! You will get there!

I started topped out at 400 lbs. (The first photo isn't even me at my highest weight. ) The second photo is at 219 lbs. I still have 60 lbs to go. Possibly more.

I lost about 18kg from July 2014 to March 2015. Did it through consistent healthy eating and daily exercise! I've gained about 3kg back since then after being on medication which has been a bit disheartening. I'm now med-free though and I'm sooo ready to get in shape again!! I keep reminding myself I lost it once so I can lose it again! For me it's just a matter of getting into a routine and sticking to it long-term.
Love seeing everyone's awesome transformation pictures on this thread, so motivating and inspiring

This is me -34.8lb, I actually started in March, but don't really have any up to date photos from then but think this shows my progress abit, though the t-shirt doesn't really do me any justice.

323lbs to 188lbs, so 135lbs lost so far. Still got more to lose, not sure how much more yet but I'm just trying to judge that as I go!

Super excited down my first 40 lbs. I started my journey in the middle of January started eating clean and taking my lunches to work rather than eating out. I feel so much better and I am very excited for what this year is going to bring.
    Great work!

If you re on a computer, you go down to the bottom of the page and click into the "Reply" box. Along the top you can click on the little piece of paper with the folded edge, and it will tell you to browse for a pic off of your computer.
