Sorry-learning how to use the message board!
My starting weight is 262 lbs. My goal is to get to 175 and see where we go from there! But that is long term. Short term, my goals have less to do with the numbers and more to do with fit and fitness. I want to be able to do a full mile on the treadmill in 20 min. or less (currently at 23 min.) and to fit into the t-shirt they gave me at the gym.0 -

100 sit ups is great, can we do them anyway we want....I use a exercise ball with legs lifted, not sure if I can do 100 at one time so I will do in the morning and at night. 50/50 is this ok as long as we do them?0

I'd love to join! Current: 205 (my current weight is actually around 210 but that's water weight and such, grrrrr. My ticker weight is 205)

I would also love to do this challenge. Fell of the wagon so many times and end up at my current weight again. Have not been able to go down below 135. So, current weight 145 and my goal weight for September is 120. I would love any friends too for motivation and support. :flowerforyou:0
