    Successes/struggles this week: actually lost more but had a bad weekend gain so had to work hard to get that weight back off as well :) still an avg. Of 1 lbs loss a week...fine by me as long as the scale keeps going down!!!

    Challenges: I cut back on coffee rather than go cold turkey. Still crave my extra cups to get through the afternoon, but staying strong for the most part.

    No access to scales as I am on a week's holiday in a rental property.

    Getting in loads of cardio, plus some strength and flexibility exercise and keeping under daily goals, will weigh in on Sunday 26th when I get home.

    Successes/struggles this week: I've been 129.4lbs since the 13th it seems... :c I don't know why my weight hasn't budged. I guess maybe I already hit my plateau? I've been eating pretty much the exact same, (around 1200 cals) and I'm almost positive my logging is pretty accurate... Hopefully some weight will come off next week. :/

    I must say at first I didn't think I could do it. As be fore I would stop. When your health is the main reason for doing this, so you will not take any meds. It makes a world of difference as of why I can't go back.

    I am really thankful for last week's weigh in! The scale is moving in the right direction and after three months of stalling, the scale is finally moving in the right direction. My husband is definitely noticing and today he even carried me around in the grocery store! Granted he has been doing CrossFit, too, so that has a lot to do with that... But it felt good. People at work had a few comments today about my figure and last Friday during a run I was whistled at. Not to mention I squatted #130 pounds today. It really does make all of it worth it!

    Successes/struggles this week: Woah, I've reached my goal! Wow that was easier than expected! But I will still keep doing the challenge because with TOM approaching, I know I will pick up a bit so we'll see where we are on the 1st of August. I did manage to fit in an extra session in the gym. Did this class called Piloxing, which was amazing!!! It was really tough but it gave me exactly what I needed, a fully body workout

    Successes/struggles this week: Only a very slight increase considering it's that TOM... I've kept up with my gym session. I planned on having a burger today as a reward but thought , rather not. It's not like I'm craving it. This way, if I do later get cravings, I won't feel bad for giving in
