Gosh, I've been just terrible lately. Forgetting to log in and log my food, post my JFT goals, etc. Probably because I do great all day and then blow it right before bedtime and I get so frustrated with myself. Bad Tracie, Bad, Bad Girl!
So, starting over today...again!
Just for today, I will:- Log every single bite
- Log every single bite
- Log every single bite
- 30 minutes of some form of exercise
- Enjoy a nice evening with my husband

Didn't do so great yesterday, so will try again today. So far (at noon), so good!

1. Stay w.i. cal limits
2. Drink 3+ pints water/tea
3. Exercise 30+ minutes
4. Clean out freezers to accommodate freshly butchered chickens-- Done already! (Gotta record progress, and that was a big project for the day)
5. Do mending projects--shorts & jeans-- Done (again, love to see something checked off already!)
6. Get more school planning done!!!

Did not check in yesterday as I was gone more than planned.
They worked me in to have the MRI. Hopefully, will get results today. Doctor started me on a stronger pain medicine yesterday but so far no noticeably difference.
Wed 7/22/15
1. I will eat only my planned food - no late night snacking.
2. Kitchen closes at 9:00 for me.
3. Start uncluttering the office
I did not do #3 as I picked up my book and did not put it down until I finished. Therefore, I really enjoyed the day but did not accomplish anything.

No time to post yesterday. Up early and away on time. Drove home by the scenic route and enjoyed a few stops on the way.
It was our 49th wedding anniversary, so a bit higher on cals than I should have lol

2. Unpack and put away holiday stuff.
3. 30 mins each strength/flex; 10,000 + steps.
4. Focus on living each moment mindfully.

I got back late, so I guess it wasn't too bad. I just have to test it for tomorrow when I have to get up early.

Just back from vacation to the Outer Banks of NC. Beautiful place.
Gained 2 lbs. not too bad for indulging a little while away a week.

1. Pre-plan menus; stick to the plan. I have reduced my calorie goal this week. I have only 3 weeks until my daughter gets hitched on the 18th August and I want to do her proud.
2. 50 mins Dancaerobics; 40 mins strength; 10,000+ steps
3. Deep clean bedroom and en suite; vacuum upstairs.
4. Work on family archives.
I doubt I will need today
