    half cup of steel cut oats with 1% milk and coffee. I hate eating breakfast so something bland is easier for me to eat.

    4 cups of coffee
    1 Fuji apple (sliced)
    1 TBS melted JIF Peanut Butter (to dip apple in)

    1/2 cup of Coach's Oats oatmeal (my favorite!) with a dash of brown sugar and a pinch of sliced almonds
    It's my go to breakfast - fast and filling!

    Bisquick Pancakes w/ healthy-ish twist (added flax and graham flour) with Strawberries & Whipped Cream. Yum!

    i went back to one of my old faithful breakfasts today . after 2 weeks of cereal and milk, i had an egg scrambled and a slice of toast

    Two organic eggs fried in one teaspoon of farm butter (so the yolks are still runny). Ate them with two slices of Ezekiel bread and an organic Fuji apple. Amazing.

    (This is a typical post-workout weekend breakfast for me.)

    Scrambled egg beaters with mushrooms, peppers, onions and turkey sausage, with a slice of fat free american cheese and topped with a couple of dashes of Tabasco.

    An outstanding Paleo grain-free "cereal" consisting of slivered almonds, walnuts, blueberries, strawberries, shredded unsweetened coconut, cinnamon & coconut milk.

    One cup of Oikos fat free Greek yogurt mixed with one cup of Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal. Very filling and a good shot of protein in the morning.

    Total cereal, fat free milk, 1/2 banana and smokehouse almonds. The almonds are my guilty pleasure, I can't eat cereal without their crunch.

    I had nature s path organtic pumpkin flax plus granola cereal with a cup of skim milk. Love it I usually eat oat fit oatmeal. Decided to change it up :)

    This morningn I had a Dannon Greek yogurt and half a banana.
  • I don't eat in the mornings when I wake up, but when I break my fast at noon I'll be eating a pound of chicken and a bag of steamfresh veggies!

    Don't worry about eating breakfast if you don't like/forget to. Just eat later in the day:-)
  • It's usually 2 boiled eggs and some kind of melon
    Today it was a home made protein shake

    I used to be an oatmeal girl but I find I am less hungry in the morning if I eat protein for breakfast

    totally slacked in this department, ran out of eggs. ran out of Kashi, so I had a banana( hey I really need to grocery shop!)

    This morning I had an spinach & egg omlette (1 egg + 1 egg white) with a bagel thin. One side of the bagel thin had 1 T of almond butter and the other had 1 T of whipped cream cheese with chives. It was 327 calories and delish!
