The goal here is simple: get moving. It doesn't matter when or how, just get moving.
Challenge:
1) Set a goal for yourself of how many minutes of exercise you wish to complete this month. Minimum bid is 1,000 minutes (that's about a half an hour per day this month).
2) Post your goal here.
3) Log in and post your progress as much or as little as you wish. You can post every day, every few days, or once a week.
4) Encourage your fellow participants.
My name is Amy and I am committing to 1,500 minutes of exercise this month!
I'm so happy that so many of you are taking this with me!

I'm on vacation through the 12th. Until I get home, I will use Fitbit 'Active Minutes.' After that, it'll be Endomondo logging hikes/walks and the stopwatch I set for dance class...0 -
