    For today I will stay away from chips. stay under my calorie goal, work out for 1:20.

    Great day yesterday. Well under my calorie goal, worked out for 1:22 including 2.5 miles at a 17.06 per mile pace. No chip or any other issues. Caught up with two work friends and let them know that I valued them. One solid conversation, made the other a bit uncomfortable.

    For today, I will stay under my calorie goal and work out for 40 minutes. No over indulging in any single food.
    For today, I will appreciate my job and compile a first half of the year accomplishment list.

    I didn't post on here yesterday and I ended up going over my limit last night. So here goes:

    I'm continuing with my plan to do whatever the person above me is doing. So today I'm following @eileenmprice193 and I will:
    * Stay within my calorie limit
    * No late night snacking
    * And I'm going to add 30 minutes of exercise.

    1. I need to find an outfit for the 18th. I am the mother of the bride and don't want to let her down. I do have a lovely, flattering outfit form my 'thin' wardrobe as a back up, though. Haven't found anything which matches it. :) Still still looking. Sorting my wardrobe, I found several mor little gems.

    3. No late night snacking :)
    4. De clutter dining room :sweat_smile: still working on this one

    Good day yesterday. Diet wasn't the best but was well under the daily calorie goal and didn't over indulge on any single item. 1, 150 calorie bag of kettle chips! Solid 40 minute workout.

    Worked through 1st half of the year accomplishments but have more to do.

    For today, I will stay under my calorie goal and work out for 80 minutes. No over indulging in any single food.
    For today, I will be mindful during my workout. No TV.

    - Chiping away at my (extensive) work to-do list
    - Walking around the block two times

    1. Stay under basic calories: Tai Chi; Strength; 10,000+ steps
    2. No late night snacking
    3. Sort out vases and ribbons for wedding flowers.

    Good day yesterday. Well under calorie goal. Almost didn't work out at all but looked on the 50+ "what did you do today" board and saw other's activities. Got my butt off the couch at 7 and went for a 2.5 mile walk at 17:41 a mile. Little slower pace but enjoyed the time talking with my lovely bride.

    For today, going to roll the mindful workout into this morning. Focus on the activity.
