I can't help but to think of Superman when I see these pics. Why do I think of Superman? Maybe it's the hair.

My before photo (July 2012) is one I'd been saving for a special occasion -- but man, I've been feeling discouraged lately, so it seems like as good an occasion as any. The before is my highest weight. The current is from last month, about 100 pounds difference.

Wow - you guys are awesome! So inspiring. Here is mine. It is from a while ago, and I have been pretty stagnant since then. I'm trying to gain some new momentum, so hopefully reposting my before/after and looking at all of yours will do it! I am currently at 175 lbs.

    240lbs to 170 lbs (5"8')

You look awesome! Gives me hope...I am 5'9 and didn't know how far I would have to go. But if you're 5'8 and 175 and I would have your shape I would take it. .wtg!

Thanks! Sometimes when I get down on myself I have to take the time to visually remember how far I've come, and then just keep pushing! Keep at it. :)

I think it's the jawline... and the guns. I thought of Superman too, been trying to figure out why.

Anyway, this is one of my favorite transformations I've seen. Good job, @Hornsby you look incredible.
