    onday, May 30 I walked an hour (in 2 walks) today with my two sweet girls!

    Also did some strength training.

    Tuesday: Walked 40 minutes, played at Splash Pad w/daughter 1.5 hours (about 15 min of sitting), strength training 20 min

    Today was non-traditional exercise as I assisted with the church's food pantry. This involved 4 hours of lifting and carrying heavy boxes, stocking shelves, stretching, etc. I wasn't constantly moving though, so I'm calling it 90 minutes of a combo of weight lifting and calisthenics. If someone has a better idea of how to count it, let me know!

    Week 1

    Monday 5/30 - 40 minutes walking; 155 calories
    Tuesday 5/31 - 60 minutes; 302 calories (walking w/ dog, walk/jog)
    Wednesday 6/1 - 30 minutes weight lifting, 60 minutes calisthenics; 351 calories

    Monday: 85 minutes, a combination of things includng yoga, stationary bike, lawn mowing (reel mower) and I can't remember what else.

    Tuesday: 33 minutes of yoga and stationary bike

    Wednesday: 78 minutes of gardening.
