You can walk.. .you can ride (Bikes of course! lol) you can jog.. .you can run...
The challenge is too MOVE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Each person will set/decide their exercise goal, their limit goal and log progress here.
You can log daily or weekly or whenever you have the time too come....JUST MOVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hope too see my old buddies here and possibly some new buddies....

aliscib you just follow the directions I posted above. You come here, decided your activity, decide how many miles GOAL you wish too meet and then go for it! WELCOME....

Hi all,
I am going to go for 150 miles as my first months challenge and a combination of cycling, walking, running and rowing! I cycle five miles a day anyway but i have a weeks holiday at the end of the month so i wanted a goal that's both challenging but achievable as its my first go.

I'm going to join this month. I'm going to set my goal at 50 miles as I'm trying to get back into the routine and I know September is going to be crazy busy for me!0

MY GOAL for September is 120 Miles once again. Being a bit short in July and August but still looking forward too September ...
TODAY in-between the house chores and run too town I managed two separate walks. One with my girls and one by myself in town....

Hi can I join? I haven't done one of these challenges before so this is probably perfect for me to get back into exercising regularly. My goal for September is to walk at least 30 minutes everyday. I missed the 1st Sept as we had horrendous wind and rain but will start from today. If I am accountable for my activity then I will stick with it. Thanks0

Hi everyone again . Here's to September! It's finally spring, so hopefully I'll be able to get out and about more often again.
I am making an effort to do stairs 5 days a week now, so I'll be tracking them as time, but not distance. And I must say, it has already made a difference. We had seats for the Symphony as high as you could go in our concert hall last Friday, and I had no trouble at all getting up there.
As for goals, I really want to do more than I did in August. Hopefully longer daylight hours and potentially warmer weather will allow me to do that.

I'm going back to my June target, just because my last couple of months saw a disturbing downwards trend. BUT, I have been forcing myself out of bed in the mornings to go for a half-hour walk (it's either that to wake me up, or a slow roll around in bed scanning social networking websites. I know which is the healthier!!).

UPDATE: Decided too Push mow half my lawn. Guess I should have waited too log today progress. The Push mowing gave me an extra 69 minutes of walking equaling 4.03 Miles....
