Today I actually refused to give in to a clients demands. She and I both knew she was asking for too much. In the past I would have worked till midnight if I had to. Not today!0 -
294 - An 8 mile run last night, exhausted after and sore. The first 4 miles were great, but after that my miles slowed down. But still 8 completed with walking.0

302 - 3 hours on hold with the IRS today and then 30 minutes speaking with a very kind woman who helped put my mind at ease somewhat with Dad's estate.0

305 - ever so grateful my father-in-law did not lose a finger today in an accident moving a four drawer fire safe cabinet, 700 pounds at least. He needs stitches, that's all. Ever so grateful because this could have been so much worse.0
