I definitely intend to start running. I'm just hoping to lose a little weight first so it's easier

I think you're on the right track...start with the walking...at least you're trying

I think if I ran with other people I'd be motivated enough to keep going. When I run alone, I'm like, girl, just walk. Lol

I don't run, unless I have to. When I am able to run, I can run fast but I can't run for more than a block & running slower, doesn't increase my ability; to run further/actually it does the opposite because when I run slower, I work harder; to move & that thus depletes my energy faster. Whereas if I'm running fast, the momentum; makes it easier to achieve a further distance but stopping, causes me to work as hard; as running slower does because I am then going against, the momentum.

I only started running cause I wanted to do mud runs but now I love it. Still slow but I'm lapping everyone on the couch. :)

Running is so easy and so cheap. Doesn't take a whole lot of effort unless you're on a race or crazy competitions

But what if you run like a duck like me?! That's not fun.

Find a route where you know hardly anyone goes to, and just go. Start out easy, get your rhythm down, breathing, cadence, everything. Worry about personal records later once you get comfortable

Gah. My blood is boiling right now. I can't stand when clients think they know more than me about the thing that they hired me to do.

It's hard not to though, I really enjoy my job most of the time, and I'm heavily invested in the company I work for. But every now and then something really pisses me off and makes it hard for me to not think about it constantly.

Yeah, you're right. I got off of my computer and am now watching a movie. Should be distracting enough for the time being.
