September Exercise Challenge

Our July exercise challenge was a great success. I challenged everyone to complete 1,000 minutes of exercise for the month. Some even surpassed that goal by completing over 2,000! Great job! We repeated it in August where everyone set their own goals and many people had to keep upping their goal. So, by popular demand, here's your September exercise challenge.
The goal here is simple: get moving. It doesn't matter when or how, just get moving.
Challenge:
1) Set a goal for yourself of how many minutes of exercise you wish to complete this month. Minimum bid is 1,000 minutes (that's about a half an hour per day this month).
2) Post your goal here.
3) Log in and post your progress as much or as little as you wish. You can post every day, every few days, or once a week.
4) Encourage your fellow participants.
My name is Amy and I am committing to 1,500 minutes of activity this month!
09/01 - 51 minutes (I'm moving to a 3rd floor apartment!)

This looks good. I really need a kick up the backside when it comes to exercise as I'm always putting it off to the end of the day and then too tired to do anything. I respond well to challenges and group support so hopefully this is exactly what I need.
In the 25 days left of September I will commit to 1500 minutes of exercise. That's 60 mins a day at least.
