My before pics are at my heaviest competing in a 5K Race for life (I walked) the next two are 31 lbs lighter at a 5mile and a 10K event ...... 30 lbs to go ..... but I will get there0 -
I've gained about 10lbs back while "maintaining", so I'm working to get back to this point. This was an 82lb loss. Hope to get back to this point and maybe a bit further.0 -
From a size 14/16 to a 10/12. I'm now at a BMI of 26.4, with just eight pounds to go until I'm completely healthy, and 20 pounds from my goal weight.

I am so inspired by everyone's success here! Little hesitant to post my progress but here it goes. I used to do more HIIT and plyo but now I focus more on nutrition and heavy weight training, which I am enjoying much, much more and seeing faster results.

Incredible! Your starting point looks similar to where I am right now and your after is where I aspire to be one day!

My highest (blue sweater) was close to 180 in 2008. Later got down to 165 and stayed there till 2012. 2013, aimed to hit my goal weight 145. Feb 2014 was 138. Current weight in pink t shirt 128-130 (maintaining). I'm 5' 10"0 -

I've shared this elsewhere.
May 2014 I had been back in the gym for three months and the shot on the right top is from last week at 200 lbs, 10% BF and about 180 total pounds of LBM. I am starting my next bulk cycle today. Bring on the glorious feeds!
In August, I entered my first powerlifting competition (unsanctioned push/pull) where I placed in the top ten in two divisions (weight and age) for bench and deadlift and won gold for the a pull of 505 lbs (PR). I'm posing with my daughter who got shy all of sudden.
I'm 44 years old too.0 -
