Those potato, chicken and pea patties look great - I'll have to try those (but without the chicken).
not going to quote images because there's nothing more annoying than lag on a topic when someone doesn't edit out images. just wanted to say how does your food look so GOOD. this is awesome food photography right here. that's amazing haha. +1 to you.0

Thanks for the info. I've heard of protein pancakes but have been hesitant to try them... the picture makes a compelling case though. 0 0

Tell me about it. I'm pretty sure I've just licked my pc screen looking at some of those dishes.
I have to say this is one of the best threads I have come across. Having a visual representation of what the recipes look like is very useful and helps with portion size etc more than words alone.
It also makes me wonder how I manage to get away with eating as much as I do as I swear my serving sizes are double what is shown on here...0

Nice. I am a BIG soup fan. I make a homemade soup about once a week and portion it into containers to microwave throughout the week. This one looks REALLY good!0

Thank you so much for creating this thread, it is inspiring. For instance, I was trying to figure out what to have for lunch and get my protein in. I ended up with a hodgepodge of stuff from what's leftover in the kitchen. In no way did it resemble a "meal", more like a gathering of snack foods. Was about to eat it when I thought - wait! I can make this look appetizing! Snapped a pic and realized I would've wolfed it down without appreciation or thought before this thread. Very cool. (Still experimenting with pictures... now I think my walnuts would've looked cuter in their own little dish. ) )
