Hey. Only saw this today, but I'm keen to join in. I need something to motivate me to lose all this weight.

I'm having the same problem, and all my blood work came back fine.
I'm in. Based on how slowly I've been loosing for the last few months I'd be thrilled to be down 10lbs at the end of November. I'd throw a party if I was down 16.
Current weight -290
Goal weight - 274 (2lbs a week, might as well aim high)
I keep my calories daily between 1500-1800. I'm walking 3 miles a day and doing yoga several times a week. On top of that I do hand weights for my arms.
My doctor and my nutritionist are baffled why the weight won't come off. My pattern has been drop 3lbs one week then the scale won't move at all for 3 weeks. This went on all summer long while I kept my calories at 1400 a day. I upped the calories thinking that would jump start weight loss but it hasn't.
Looking forward to posting with all of y'all and maybe getting some new ideas to try for myself.
turns out that im fine but my cholesterol is poorly managed. im seeing the dr again next month and if im not down a some lbs he is going to put me on meds.0 -

I'll jump in too if you'll have me.
The scale jumped higher the last couple of mornings, so I'll plan for 10lbs down by the end of November. A little over 1 lb per week.

Going good! Been out for a couple walks and they've been lovely, even with the wind from the storms down south blowing things around!

I've been swell! I stayed within calories, even allowing myself pumpkin flavored coffee and pizza. I rediscovered this neat thing called my gym membership that I've been paying for since February and haven't visited since then! I'm gonna get my money's worth now, though!
It helps that I got the wifi password to the gym, and upgraded to Hulu Plus so I can watch my Korean Dramas on my phone. I get hooked!0 -

Down at least 2lbs since last Sunday.

Do not stop; do not lose your forward momentum. Realize this is a process of change and change takes time. It's the lifestyle change that should be more of your goal than anything! This is a two month challenge just to get you jump started toward the holidays, but make your changes permanent. Don't lose your forward momentum!
It is important to keep moving because if you just sit down and refuse to take the next step, it is like refusing to understand that your life has purpose! Don't buy into the lies! There are life promises out there for you! Make today better than your yesterday! Don't stop!
