Since it is Monday I am logging my weight because I can't remember if I did it last week weight 187.4, a 7.6lb loss so far. Goal is 180 for this challenge.0

Between a week of travel and a weekend of celebrating World Series wins, this was not a good week and I'm sure hoping some of this is water weight gain I will lose this week.0 -

So I know I cnt loose it all by the end of November. But would like to be 10 pounds lighter and keep it off day to day my weight is up n down. I'm having trouble with calorie intake I'm over by 1000 to 2000. Does anyone have some tips or recipes to share need help pls. Ty Pamela0 -
