So I know I cnt loose it all by the end of November. But would like to be 10 pounds lighter and keep it off day to day my weight is up n down. I'm having trouble with calorie intake I'm over by 1000 to 2000. Does anyone have some tips or recipes to share need help pls. Ty Pamela0 -

Keep your wits about you! The atmosphere around you can be stormy, but you need to let the dust settle before you make important decisions, like what you put in your mouth before you do it! This is a temporary condition; you will quickly regain perspective and clarity and you will begin to see the victory at hand!! Have a great week!!

I'm in! I just found this group, I have started my own challenge since the star of October.
SW: 77 kg / 169 pounds
Weigh in 11/02 73 kg / 160 pounds
GW(for the chalenge) 69 kg / 152 pounds
Total loss: 4kg/ 9 pounds.
GW till New Years 65 kg/ 143
Had my birthday last weekend so I tried at least to eat maintenance, but I'm back at deficit now!

Hey everyone. Haven't checked in for a couple of weeks. Here is my update:
SW: 148 lbs (Oct 1)
10/7/15: 146.2 lbs
10/14/15: 147.2 lbs
10/21/15: 145.8 lbs
10/28/15: 146 lbs
11/4/15: 143.2 lbs
Original GW: 142 lbs
New GW: 140 lbs
4.8 lb loss so far! Before this challenge I was only losing 0.5 lb/week. Now I am averaging 1/week somehow! I'm shocked because I've had several days like Halloween where I pigged out. I guess those days don't count too much if you eat right the rest of the time. I'm going to change my goal weight to 140 since I'm losing more than I thought I was going to

Between a week of travel and a weekend of celebrating World Series wins, this was not a good week and I'm sure hoping some of this is water weight gain I will lose this week.
Hi there! I noticed we have similar numbers. Great job so far! I'm sure some of that weight gain is definitely water so I wouldn't worry. I was up this Monday thanks to my pigging out over the weekend and now I am down a couple of pounds.0 -

ENCOURAGING WORD....
Sometimes we just have too much dread in our hearts toward what the future might hold...maybe I'll never reach my goal, what if I gain all my weight back, maybe my life won't really change just because my body has changed....
I would like to encourage you to release the dread in your heart! Do not allow fear to rule in your soul with regard to what might happen in the days ahead. Today's issues are enough to deal without adding supposition. Avoid wasting your time and energy on a fear-based future! Love where you are presently at and keep the progress moving forward!
I've heard it said,,,Do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things!
Have a great day and let's gear up for week 6 right around the corner!! We are more than half way there!0
