    72 minutes of upper body strength and zumba. My first time trying it, did it with my 17year old.

    Day 41: the little dogs of my house, slipped out while baba gnoush was being delivered. So, thanks to the pug & malte-poo, added another mile. Made my 10,000 steps, & yes, they made it home (with me, bacon chews & leashes).
    Day 41: walked 60 mins today. Visiting relatives, not home long enough to do more. Walked 15-30 mins @ each house. Nice trees everywhere! I love fall...
