Deep Breath....
Hi everyone, I'm a little late to the party but I'd like to join the group. I've been reading through some of the posts and I love the energy and support - which I really need.
This is round 2 for me on MFP. I dropped 20 lbs using the app around this time last year. I think mostly by creating my deficits through exercise (which I enjoy.)
This time around, I want to learn and focus on the nutrition side as well (I'm really struggling to hit my macros - especially protein.)
Committing to working out daily (yoga/stretching for rest days) with a supportive accountability group will be awesome.
I'm off to to my first workout!0 -

Everyone is doing such a great job and thanks for the encouragement! Yesterday was my day 28 and we went on a small hiking tour for two hours and autumn is beautiful! Today I'm doing my weight lifting program.
Welcome back! It's tough to switch back n forth. That's why I stick to working nights. Glad you feel more leveled out now.0 -

Day 44: walked 60 mins! Several flights of stairs too, but lost count.0 -

40 minute Leslie Sansone.
Tomorrow will be extra challenging/stressful so I declared today a rest day and did recovery cardio. Last thing I need is twinges and aches on a day when I might be running and sprinting.0 -

Sorry to hear about your ankle - congrats on still getting a workout. Hope it's better tomorrow.0 -

I really wanted to work today, so I did Les Mills power Kata, 45 minutes of various martial arts from beachbody, I have a couple of beachbody programs and this one is by far my favorite.
I made sure to not jump, hop or really leave the ground (although I did bounce a little.) I think it's doable with my ankle, yay!0 -

Les Mills Combat 30 minute power HIIT, so intense lifting with hard cardio intervals. I then treated myself to 14 minutes of a great stretching routine on fitness blender.

Day 4: Stairmaster Intervals - 64 minutes. Planning to start a modified version of the ChaLene Extreme weight lifting program tomorrow. Hopefully I'll like it.0
