Hi I would like to join. My name is Nicole 37years old and from Australia. I have finally got off my backside and have been exercising for the past five weeks however am not loosing weight. I have began to realise it's due to my poor eating (large portions and lots of snacks). So I am going to try eat better and would love to drop a bit of weight.

Non-scale victory (NSV) for the week: Eating only pre-packed meals instead of eating out. Enjoying two small cupcakes at a celebration instead of going crazy, and still having a calorie deficit for the day. Taking the stairs at every opportunity, instead of the elevator which is closer and more convenient.

Okay, I can always use the motivation. Looking at the holidays differently now. If I meet my goal by losing each week, this is my plan. Day after Thanksgiving weigh-in...Buy me a little something on Black Friday (I really want a walking stick!) Yes! Christmas Day weigh-in...Go to the movies that weekend (might have to sneak in healthy snacks...shhhhh!). Yes! New Year's Day weigh-in...(Buy me a good pair of trail boots and start hiking. Yes!...Hopefully it will be too cold for snakes, spiders, bears and mtn. lions...Oh my! Believe it or not...spiders are my biggest fear!)
