I have worked too hard and come too far to allow myself to start gaining it back. As of this morning I am up 6 pounds from my lowest. It stops now.

I was talking to a friend about my lack of motivation and she says to me you need a race, plan your next race that will help you always. So next year is the year I do my first Olympic length tri!0
