    I missed a day as well. L O N G work day yesterday then went to a local theatre production in the park. The Dixie Swim Club. An excellent comedy. Many one liners. Community theatre so maybe not top notch acting but I did enjoy it. Today back to the grind at work. I am an interior desiger and do window treatments. So many windows so little time.

    So happy to be under calories today. Sister brought birthday treats to work and birthday pie at the restaurant. Today was to be a rest day but got on the bike to burn off the overage. I will be down on weigh in next week.

    Thanks for the brithday wishes. I had another great day. Did a mud run with a friend and loved every dirty sweaty minute. My life is great!
