    My usual breakfast which I never get bored with is 4oz. Fage 0% Fat Greek Yogurt, 1 tspn. agave syrup, 2 tbs. wheat germ and 5-6 sliced strawberries along with my coffee of course.

    I did it for the protein, but I always crave something sweet in the morning.
    I'm thinking honey nut cheerios and skim milk for breakfast tomorrow!

    Big bfast today!! Scrambled "eggs" with two slices of bacon, .7 oz smoked gouda, one mini whole wheat pita with pb/j!
    Daily bfast is (steal cut) oatmeal with blueberries, cranberries and a dash of flax seed crunch PB from Trader Joe's!

    1 eggo nutri-grain low fat waffle
    1/3 cup of blueberries
    3 strawberries
    and 2 tbsp. sugar free pancake syrup:)
