I am in at 199.5 today.. so happy, haven't seen a 1 at the start of my wieght in a long long time!!
forgot to give myself some goals...
1. no junk food at all
2. no booze
3. water everyday
4. walk for 30 mins at lunch everyday plus at least 4 gym workouts
5. finish week 1on c25k and complete week 20 -

I'm at 162.8 today! It's not much, but since I was sick from Wednesday to Sunday (stupid sinus infection), I'm happy with it. Now that I'm better I'm going to be working hard again!
Goals:
1. Lots of water, every day!
2. Exercise every day, even if it's just 15 minutes.
3. Get to a normal sleep schedule. No more afternoon naps!0 -
