I am 30lbs less than my husband, and I would like to fit in his old Levis, that no longer fit him. I tried them on and they didnt fit in the waist, I need about an inch and a half to fit, they are not stretchy material. Then I am going to cut them off and make them shorts like I had when we met and I was smaller than now.33

Increase my level of fitness for my upcoming ski trip. Also, look better in a swimsuit for relaxing in the hot tub after skiing. I'm making it through parts of workout videos that I couldn't hsndle a few weeks ago. Lost 10 lbs so far!! Just gotta keep it up!!25

I weighed all four of my daughters before I started in August. First goal was to "lose" my then 10 month old, then my two year old, then my four year old and because my oldest is 7, I can only "lose" half of her!!
The 10 month old is gone for good and at my last weigh-in I was only about three pounds away from losing my two year old too!
Great goals everyone!!69 -
Big goal is to get to 125, I am 157 now.
Little goals: 1. Stick to 21 day food plan.
2. Get into the 140s in 5 weeks!
3. Exercise daily.
4. Look good for meeting of my 21 Day fitness coach in Febraury.
5. Wear a bikini by August!19 -
Under 100 kgs by new years eve!
Only 2.2 kgs left, so excited!14 -
Running a St. Paddy's day 5K! I broke several bones in my ankle last summer and now have 12 screws in it so I'm hoping to steadily build up to that. :-)14

I've joined the Zombies, Run! virtual race in March/April and I can't wait! My goal is to improve my 10K time by then, and hopefully with that, strength training and healthy eating, my body composition with improve on its own.11

I've lost about 20lbs, but I've been stuck at or around 191 for ages (not a plateau, just stopped focusing on losing weight). I'm back & so determined to break into the 180s!!19

My next real goal is currently 12 pounds away (to leave the "overweight" range and hit the top weight of the "normal" range). Because that is at least three months away at the rate I'm losing, my new "mini-goal" is to weigh less than my older brother, who is a half-inch shorter than me and is currently over his ideal weight right now at 166 pounds. I am at 168 as of today, so 3 pounds to go, or 4 to be on the safe side. Since I started losing weight at 230 pounds, and have been as high as 238, I have felt so huge next to him for so long, that this will be fun and very motivating.
Mini-goals have really been an important part of my weight loss. They really help me stick to it, and keep me from being overwhelmed at how much I have to lose, and how much I still have to go to my final goal.19 -
My mini goal is to reach the 160's by February or so. I am currently 176 and depending on my sodium intake it can bounce back to 180 which I am not happy. It will be nice to be firmly in 160's! (Also, that means I am o my about 10 lbs from goal, yay!)5

My mini goal is about 3 pounds away- moving from 'obese' to merely 'overweight.' 3 pounds, you guys! So close, and yet.39
