    hi my ticker is updated. i have done 851 mins so far. im probably going to go past 1200 mins maybe i should have done the calories instead. i have done 6362 cals so far.
    hope everyone is doing ok.

    Alright, with my weekend workouts so far I'm up to just over 5300 burned. So that means around 800 cals a day to make the goal, gulp, this is going to be a serious challenge! I'm digging in and I'm going to give it my best, though!

    I haven't logged in a couple of days! I did a 40 minute spin class on Friday and took a small walk! My ticker is current!!

    Hi everyone! Hope everyone is doing great and working toward the monthly goal. Got in a 90 minutes today. Didn't get any minutes in yesterday, recovering from my overnight Relay for Life walk. I stopped counting laps after 6 miles. My legs were so tired yesterday!

    I haven't been doing any thing for the past 2 weeks because of a really bad shoulder. Even walking was painful. I feel better now and will start doing something today, finally. I will try to complete 1200 exercise minutes still by the end of the month, That means 80 minutes per day. It is not an unrealistic goal.

    100 overhad tricep extensions : Completed
    200 air squats : Completed
    200 crunches : Completed

    All of this weeks mini-challenges : Completed in 20 minutes!!

    I should do some more overhead triceps extensions later this afternoon also.

    I am now off for my 5k walk, it will take me a little more than an hour :happy:

    61 mins last night, 2.5 mile run with lifting! that's the longest workout that I have done continuously!! 45 mins has been the max!

    Got in an Insanity workout in the am yesterday followed by my 1st Bikram Yoga session last night. Holy moly that is intense! Loved it though.

    Hi, This is a really great idea & I would love to join you -
    Had an operation two weeks ago but due to a couple of complications I have not been able to re-start my exercise.
    I am intending starting on Monday (20th) can I do the ticker for 400 hours (20th-30th June)?
    Will you be re-starting for July? ... Please :smile:
