    It's awesome that you didn't lose any weight from June '10 to June '11, but you are so much more muscular and tighter looking. Your weight training really has paid off!

    Great job. My story is very similar, but over a longer stretch of time, though my current pictures aren't nearly as good as yours. I am now doing the stronglifts weight training program with the end goal of gaining muscle.
