I'm in. What's everyone's plan? I will eat very healthy and exercise 6 days a week for 40 min per day with little to no rest. I will wear a heavy sweatshirt to sweat more. No booze at all. Water and black coffee only0

I'd like to join too, I've put on a lot of Xmas weight (mostly from bloating & water weight, I know, but still...) & would like to get back on track this month.

My plan is to do yoga for 80 minutes a day and cardio for 10-20, do a 20 minute strength circuit 3-4 times a week, to drink 2 litres of water a day and to make a larger percentage of my diet vegetables. I did this for a few months about a year ago & lost 20+kgs, but fell out of the habit & have become a lot flabbier... so I'm hoping to start fixing that.0
