    next week I am going to have a fruit smoothie homemade and a crumpet with jam
    the following week hot porridge and juice.

    I LOVE breakfast! It is my favorite meal of the day, even if I just eat cereal, haha :)

    3/4 Cup Skim Milk
    1/4 Cup Craisins (Blueberry Flavor)
    1/8 Cup Walnuts

    I didn't really have any protein for breakfast (I normally do) but Today I had 200 grams of strawberries and a table spoon of hazlenut coco spread (its a lot like nutella)
