    eeeeyyyyyyyeeeeehhhaawwwww! It's another beautiful day in the neighborhood folks! I sure hope you are having a groovy day! Sun and clouds moving along, cold and brisk, temperatures around going to start dropping at an alarming rate as the polar vortex takes aim at us. I am heading out the grocery store cause I do not want to be out when it gets colder!

    Is it too late to join? I haven't tracked my distances for January (just didn't know about the challenge) but could go back and look at my fitbit or just start with today.

    Can't remember where I got to... Think I forgot to log my walk yesterday, so:

    Wednesday 6th January (06/25) - Only 5k (2.5 miles).
    Thursday 7th January (07/24) - 10k (5 miles), plus an hour at 2.0mph on the treadmill before bed - am chuffed with that and it's partially thanks to this challenge that I did the last hour :-)

    Anyway you want to do it is fine with us. If you want to put it all in here, go for it. If you want to start with just today, then that is just as grand! No worries!

    I would like to join, I started walking two days ago. Walked for 45 minutes on Tuesday the 5th, walked 25 minutes yesterday. Late appointments today but still plan on doing at least 20 minutes. Will log once completed

    This year I'm walking a "virtual tour." I'm walking from my home in Central Virginia to the tip of Key West, FL. So far I'm almost 20 miles in. If I can walk at least 4.3 miles a day I'll be there by 12/31/16. I'm hoping to finish sooner, but we'll see how it goes.

    day two finished walking for 65 min of walking
    I first did a 15 min of jogging and walking then I took a break then I did a 50 min of just walking on the treadmill
    day 2 done
    day 3 here I come

    In...started on Monday with 30 minutes of walking. Thurs 1/7: 30 minute walk (rained in between those days walked in place indoors and danced) headed out of the door at the 1st ray of light for a brisk 30 minutes, tgif! :p
