    Saturday 1/9 update: 8 miles in 2 hrs 40 minutes!! Feeling great today, headed towards a goal for the day of 30k total steps!

    Walking at work for 6-8 hours. Yay retail. Its good for sonething! Also walked yesterday for 20 min after dinner pushing my son in his stroller. We both enjoyed it.

    I slacked the first couple weeks of January, but I am trying to work hard at making up for it.

    I've currently challenged myself to walk 5 miles a day after work for 30 days so I'm in. Currently on day 9

    Went for an hour long walk today, with my brother. Its easier to walk longer when you're distracted by conversation. Accidentally left my watch at home though, so didn't get to count the steps. But according to my brother's fitbit it was 5500 steps. ;)

    I carry a pedometer and keep track of all my walking and dancing for the day.

    Thank you!! It was so cold, snowy, and windy here that I kept thinking of cutting my walk short. I had my bottle of water in my coat pocket, and it actually had ice in it from the cold. Maybe I just need a warmer coat, though!! LOL

    So I decided yesterday to challenge myself to walking 150km a month this year - a bit late starting this month but long walks on Friday and Sunday should help me reach my target, 32km so far this month. I will start tracking from today :)
