I want to be 10lbs lighter by the time I run an April 10k (currently 180lbs at 5' 4")1

Doing a 5 day clean eating challenge. I want to see how much of a difference it makes and if I can keep it up after this week.

Not feeling squeezed by the size 6 jeans I'm currently wearing. The 8's were falling off but the 6's are pretty tight.
The new shirt I get to buy when I lose 7 more lbs.
Looking good in my bridesmaid dress at my brother's wedding in March.4 -
My birthday is early April- gifting my self with a 25lb weight loss. I've been losing slowly but steadily since October. It's time to take it up a notch with the exercise and logging. Going with the motto- A year from now, you'll be happy you started today!1

Mini-goal 1: Onederland by New Year. Been hovering riiiight at the edge for the past few days
Mini-goal 2: BMI < 30 by Valentine's Day. Only 8 lbs less than previous mini-goal; should help me stay motivated after holiday season
Mini-goal 1: So... I reached Onederland before New Year.
Mini-goal 2: Now just 4 lbs away. I will get there before the end of the month...
Mini-goal 3: Reaching the 170s and 50 lbs lost! (I will make it my goal to get there by Easter)6 -

To fit in my seamed pants. It goes up but the waist is a little tight and it's a bit hard to zip up. Also to fit in my large work shirt. The extra large are roomy.

Mini goal: get back to where I was before my 18 month downward trend started up. This includes 6 more pounds and running 2-3 miles without dread.
Mid goal: do my first success story, hopefully in May to mark 2 years of change and healthy living.1 -

My mini-goal is to reach 162, which I'm 3lbs away from. No particular reason, it's just the next goal on my goal list1 -
I'm having major surgery in four weeks. My mini goal is to work out three times a week with my trainer and do yoga three times a week until then. I hope that by being physically stronger going in that my recovery is easier and shorter.1

I'm officially 9 pounds away from reaching a healthy BMI. I've lost 15 so far. These last 9 (to my first goal) feel like 50! but it's my first goal and now it's in sight!4

To get back to OneUnderLand. I was there this time last year right after I had my daughter(only gained 4# during pregnancy, lost 25 right after)

5th wedding anniversary at the end of February! Would like to weigh a few lbs less then I did on our wedding day(153). Starting weight 170 CW 156.4 GW 147. After February my new goal will be 135 by June. Then I just want to maintain.1

I love reading everyone's mini goals. I have a few:
- Complete my own 21 day arm challenge
- Being able to run for 5 minutes straight
- Lose 8 pounds by Feb. 21st
- Get out of the obese category and into the overweight category (This one is actually really hard. I need to lose 30 pounds)
