Mini goal will be to be able to wake board for more then 5mins without my arms feeling like they are going to fall off!1

Well I am really looking forward to being under 150 again. It's been over 3 years or so since I saw that number. Ultimate goal is 130lbs2

I ignored a whole box of oatmeal creme pies!! Each one of those delicious snacks are over 300 calories!! My husband sure enjoyed them though!4

fit into my size 5 pants without massive muffin top lol currently in size 7, so making good progress considering went from an 18..10

Current mini-goal is wearing the t-shirts I have from a couple of years back (from the days before I let stress and depression get me out of shape...) without looking like I'm about to burst out of them! Should be there in a couple of months if I stay on track....2

Current mini goal is to be out of the 160s by my anniversary (Feb 20) I'm 165 currently.

Weigh less than 75gks - I have .9 to go and it would be lovely to do this before I go to the Dr next week as I would have lost 10kgs since they last saw me.2

I'm minimizing my mini goal, ya'll. Originally it was to get in size 8 jeans. I'm making it smaller (cuz I can). My goal is to just start losing again! I've been sick for a month and am only now starting to feel better. I lost almost 5 pounds in the first week of being sick, gained a pound of it back and have sat at that weight for several weeks. I thought I was finally at a place to start losing weight again and Aunt flow came to visit! ARRRRHHHHGGGGGGGG3

My current mini goal is to reach 147kg. Im currently 149.8kg, down from my heaviest ever weight of 158kg. The reason 147 is so significant is that ive been losing and regaining the same 9 kilos for ages now and so 147 will be the lightest ive been in years!4

I set my mini goal to 159 pounds by the end of January, but I've actually passed that. I guess my next goal is 145 by the end of February. I'm more focused on changing my habits and getting in a routine right now, than actually achieving goals.2

My next mini goal is to get to 90kg. I was 94.8 two days ago but aunt flow has been threatening since and I am now up to 95.7 (sigh). Anyways I hope to be there by mid February and I put in some serious walking this week. Hope to do some more next week

I've lost and gained the same ten pounds about a dozen or so times over the last few years, so I'm just aiming to get past those. I've got three pounds to go. I think if I can break that number, I'll be fine. Most of it's water weight, but constantly giving up has done a number on me mentally.4

My mini-mini goal is to start writing in the mornings, and I am committing to starting on Monday (maybe Sunday). This is important because I've gained my weight from stress eating, and writing about my experiences could help others who go through them, and also get my head more centered.
My mini goal is to weigh 190 or less by mid-February (trip to visit family). I"m at 197, my second all-time highest weight. I am 5'8" and 55. So - 7 lb in 5 weeks - I can do it!! I just have to buy into dieting and get into the groove.
My longer goal is to be down 25 lb by June 15th - 25 year wedding anniversary.

To be down 4 lbs by February 5th, which would mean that I'm still losing at a steady rate of 1lb per week, AND that I'm a little closer to my overall weight loss goal of 40lbs.0

Mini Goal: To stop eating crappy foods.. Ugh. Hard when it's been this way your whole life! To lose at least 10lbs by Valentine's day. Also weighing food and portioning it being a second nature instead of reminding myself to do it all the time.1
