@SteveCro made me laugh last night. He was giving me a like on my workout and I wasn't even off of the bike yet, still a quarter of a mile from home. I guess MapMyRide and MFP sync really quickly once you save the ride.

Went for a short ride over lunch hour. It looked to nice out to stay inside. Was in the lower 60's and sunny, but was windy. Which is unusual for Arkansas. Got in just under 10 miles.0

Just found this thread, I guess MFP wanted to get things organised......
I'm in for the month, but injured my shoulder falling into a monsoon drain in Miri during my holiday so can't ride my road bike or do any sort of distance until that heals. I have dug out my tourer, installed a carrier and will use it to do my errands. I'm guessing maybe 200 km this month
