    Successes/struggles this week: I had to take 3 days off from exercise to recover from hip pain. I have learned a lot about hip strengthening stretches. I also tried my first water aerobics class. Food has been under my caloric limit, but I had a few unhealthy substitutions this week, including my daughter’s morning waffles (plain) and chocolate covered almonds.

    Successes/struggles this week: I worked out at the gym 4 times this week and danced with the Wii. Also some hand weights and exercises at home. So glad I lost a couple lbs. as I've been hungry the last couple days although I've been eating lots of protein and veggies.

    Successes/struggles 1st week: Struggles - I had some trouble with afternoon snacking. Dang, I love crunchy, salty snacks! Success - I stuck with my exercise routine and worked hard. I am soooooo close to "onederland" and it's super motivating to keep going.

    Successes/struggles 2nd week : Struggles - I still want something crunchy in the afternoon, but I've been making better choices and watching my portion control. I've also been asking myself why I want the snack. Is it because I am hungry or is there another reason? I would like to drink more water. It's something I have always struggled with.
    Success - Onederland, baby!!! I started at 280 almost a year ago so this is a major milestone for me. I have been watching my portion size (even with "healthy food) and have been sticking hard to my exercise routine.

I went to the gym 4 times in a row this week, maybe ill make it 5 if i go tomorrow. I started a new class and its really really fun, I smile and laugh the whole time

    Successes/struggles this week: Gearing up to start the whole30 on Monday, so pretty excited about that. I have been working out at least a little almost everyday, and stretching my back that has been hurting quite a bit. This week has been especially stressful due to work being a disaster all week and my husband being sick. I'm only down 0.2lbs this week, but with such a big drop last week I am not surprised. Expecting another drop by next week for sure!
