    Successes/struggles this week: After Jan 8th weigh in, The State of Alabama had 2 National Championship Football games. The one on Saturday was bad, not only for the team but for food. PIZZA! I tried to control myself but I was weak! Talk about water weight gain to the max! The weather was cruddy too. The big one on Monday, was better but we did eat wings that I baked and grilled. I drank so much water trough out the week that I sloshed when I walked! I did get in some cardio and was lucky to lose what I did! 3 more weigh ins to go!

    Successes/struggles this week: I was not really focused this week. Although, I did my workouts and ate right I only did the minimum. I got a lot off my plate at work these last two weeks so I can be a bit more focused on my weight loss. Thus is life.

    Successes/struggles this week: Well, I made my goal for the month. I'm happy about that, but I could've done better this week. I went over calories a few days, and I started Zumba again. I know I'm holding onto some water for the sore muscles, but I feel really impatient.

    Successes/struggles this week: Pants and shirts feel looser. I've increased the duration of my workouts this week from 30 min to 45-50 min. Working in new strength building exercises. Doing better nutritional choices. Fell off the diet plan several days. Stress from being called back on mammogram! reeeeeee-ly nerve wracking!

    Fail: day I went back to work after Holidays . I didn't get the food right and ran out of energy for exercise too. And I forgot to drink any water.

    Successes This Week: Despite traveling in group context and bad back pain I was able to make pretty good choices overall and keep tracking

    Struggles: Bad back/leg pain made it impossible to exercise and has gotten worse. Now averaging 1800 steps a day. I need to be careful to eat healthy and reduce to match lack of activity

    The cold gray weather is making me feel the winter blahs and I'm struggling to work out. Luckily, I'm in so many challenges that helps. I'm hoping I can keep losing. I'm writing everything down that I eat and that does helps as well. Stay strong everyone! We've go this!!!
