    Successes/struggles this week: Trying to limit calorie intake. At to much a few times this week. Also had work Christmas Party. But I did a spin class, and went for a walk yesterday. So no weight change this week.

    Goals for this week is to stay the course, hit the gym watch what I eat!

    Successes/struggles this week: Submitting grad school application this week came with lots of stress and in turn, food. Didn't get out much this week, but looking forward to pushing myself this coming week. The gym will be open again tomorrow and I plan to continue my 5k training.

    Successes/struggles this week: After a good 4-5 weeks of fighting off mono, I'm slowing getting back into the game and getting my workouts back into my daily routine (small amounts so I don't over do it). It's time to break new goals and keep going for the long haul. I am super excited to see what my weight loss journey has in store for me this year!

    Successes: Still have the cough and other lingering traces of crud - but I still managed to get in 81,300 steps last week!
    Struggles: See above... It's predicted to be cold, here, which makes exercising outside a bit difficult. The daughters and I signed up for a Bellydance class that starts this evening, though, so that should help!
